Palantir Platform Engineer - Active TS/SCI with FSP Location : Herndon, VA Clearance Required : TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Position Type : Full-Time, On-Site Salary Range : $210,000 – $250,000 Description We are seeking a Palantir Platform Engineer to support mission-focused work. Customizes and integrates enterprise data workflows, ontology structures, and analytics tools within the Palantir ecosystem to accelerate data conditioning and observability. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP). Primary Responsibilities Build, connect, and optimize custom ETL workflows and conditioners within Palantir Foundry. Design and refine data ontologies and data structures to represent complex domain relationships. Leverage AI and automation to enhance data pipeline speed, quality validation, and governance. Ensure end-to-end data transformation visibility and integrate conditioned datasets into downstream analytics tools. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Palantir Foundry Ontology & Data Ontology Building & integrating ETL Pipelines PySpark & Python Logging & Monitoring solutions Data Governance best practices DevOps methodologies AI-augmented data pipelines Validation of data products Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required. Must work on-site in Herndon, VA. Preferred Qualifications Connecting ETL conditioners to Palantir tooling Increasing observability & accelerating data conditioning End-to-end data transformation insight
