Client: Leading Global Biotech Company Location: Remotely from Poland Start date: ASAP / up to 1 month Rate: 115 - 125 PLN/h Cooperation model: B2B or Employment Contract Recruitment process: 2 online interviews We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Visualization Developer specializing in Tableau to join a long-term project in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing service-related dashboards, transforming business requirements into scalable, standardized and sustainable BI solutions. The role is primarily focused on hands-on Tableau development, data integration, dashboard performance and visualization standardization . You will collaborate with international business stakeholders, Data Product Owners and technical teams to deliver accurate, reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions. Your role is: Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize service-related data, ensuring accuracy, performance and usability. Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable and standardized dashboard solutions. Apply Tableau development best practices, including performance optimization, quality assurance and consistency across dashboards. Integrate and blend data from multiple sources, leveraging an understanding of underlying data models and structures.
