Description

We are looking for a Cloud Service Engineer to design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and services supporting business-critical applications. The role focuses on secure cloud operations, application deployment and service reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and application environments. Support cloud migration, configuration, upgrades and ongoing operations. Manage cloud networking, including virtual networks, routing, load balancing and security controls. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and performance optimisation. Apply cloud security practices, including encryption, access control and threat protection. Work with development, infrastructure and security teams to support application delivery. Maintain operational procedures and technical documentation. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline. 5–10 years of relevant cloud infrastructure or cloud engineering experience. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or another major cloud platform. Knowledge of cloud networking, security, monitoring and DevOps practices. Familiarity with tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack or Prometheus. Relevant cloud certifications are advantageous.
