Description

Power BI Developer based in Warsaw . The person in this role will be responsible for developing and supporting end-to-end Power BI solutions, including custom reports, data models, paginated reports and performance tuning. Hybrid work is performed from the Warsaw office (Wola). Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including paginated reports and custom visuals. Develop and optimise data models, implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) as required. Perform performance tuning for Power BI solutions through source optimisation, efficient T-SQL, database views and maximising query folding. Develop Microsoft SQL Server applications and write robust T-SQL code for ETL and reporting scenarios. Integrate Power BI solutions with external systems using Web Services, REST APIs and HTTP APIs. Apply DAX and Power Query (M language) to transform, optimise and analyse large datasets for advanced analytics scenarios. Collect and document requirements, produce draft specifications and propose final solution approaches in collaboration with stakeholders. Collaborate within cross-functional teams, manage conflict constructively and present technical solutions to business audiences. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Power BI Developer role, including custom solutions development, dashboards, data models and paginated reports.
