Senior Mobile Developer (iOS + Android) Full-time/Company: HyroTrader HyroTrader is a crypto prop trading firm that provides traders worldwide with funded accounts and live capital. The company is profitable with no VC funding and already has thousands of active traders. The team is a small group of 5 developers with no corporate structure, each owning different areas and moving fast. Responsibilities: - Own the mobile product and deliver two apps for HyroTrader (prop trading) and Hyro Protocol (on Solana) - Ship an MVP quickly, get apps approved in both App Store and Google Play, and iterate post-launch - Implement real-time features: WebSockets, live charts and high-performance UI - Integrate the mobile layer with existing design, backend, trading engine and smart contracts - Manage releases, handle store review/rejections and maintain mobile CI/CD Requirements: - Shipped multiple live apps on the App Store and Google Play - Strong in Kotlin Multiplatform or another cross-platform stack used to ship production apps - Experience with App Store and Google Play approval processes and handling rejections - Comfortable building real-time, low-latency mobile apps (WebSockets, live charts, fast UI) - AI-native: uses AI tools daily to accelerate development - Self-driven owner who requires minimal management Nice to have: - Experience with crypto, fintech or trading apps in production - Solana wallet integration experience - Push notifications and mobile CI/CD experience S
