City and state must appear on your resume. About the Role : An Arizona state agency is building "AtoZ Arizona," a centralized citizen-services portal on ServiceNow. We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical owner of the platform implementation, working alongside an implementation vendor and overseeing all ServiceNow development and technical decisions. What You Will Do: Serve as primary technical owner of the ServiceNow implementation, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability Own and manage the ServiceNow technical backlog in Jira (enhancements, bugs, maintenance, modernization) Review and validate solution architecture, workflows, and technical decisions from vendor development teams Provide hands-on configuration/devel
