Description

Reporting to the Network Operations Leader, the Network Security Engineer provides engineering and operational support for the company's network security infrastructure, including firewalls, DMZ environments, partner connectivity, VPN/ZTNA solutions, and remote access services. The position assists with the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of network security technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective connectivity across the enterprise. In this role you will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional IT teams to support network security projects, evaluate new technologies, and help deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and established security standards. Additionally, this position assists operational teams with troubleshooting and escalation support for complex network security issues while continuing to develop technical expertise in enterprise network security technologies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Network Security Engineering & Architecture Design and implement network security solutions. Develop architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices. Evaluate emerging network security technologies. Operations & Support Provide Tier 3 network security support and incident resolution. Manage network security infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity planning. Support root cause analysis for major incidents.
