Requirements Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as IBM BPM / IBM BAW Engineer or BPM Developer / BPM Engineer. Practical experience in designing an in d implementing business processes on IBM BPM / BAW platform (BPDs, human services, integration services, process design, workflows). Strong knowledge of BPMN (modeling of processes), plus familiarity with UI/workflow components (Coach Views / Human Services) is a plus. Experience in inte
