Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product UX/UI Designer with Japanese to contribute to digital product development for an established international consumer brand. You will design intuitive, visually engaging experiences for B2C and B2B SaaS products and mobile applications, working closely with product managers, developers and other designers. Location: Remote – European Union Start Date: 2 November 2026 Duration: Until June 2027 (approximately 8 months) Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, with occasional US time-zone overlap Responsibilities Lead UX/UI design activities from product discovery to high-fidelity delivery. Conduct user research, identify user needs and translate findings into design solutions. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs. Work with existing Figma design systems, components and design tokens. Facilitate workshops and communicate design decisions to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams. Contribute to usability testing and continuous product improvements. Support pre-sales activities and mentor junior designers where required. Use AI tools appropriately to improve design and research workflows. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience . Fluent Japanese (mandatory) and strong professional English. Advanced proficiency in Figma .
