Description

Project We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with strong C/C++ experience and knowledge of Android-based embedded systems to join a globally distributed automotive engineering team. You will contribute to the development of the next generation of Android-based infotainment head units for leading automotive manufacturers. The role covers the full software lifecycle, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. You will Develop software for next-generation Android-based automotive infotainment systems. Work with a globally distributed team on automotive user experience solutions. Develop software from initial requirements and concept through production implementation and lifecycle support. Analyse and troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. Modify and optimise existing software, including porting it to new hardware. Improve software performance and non-functional requirements Develop software tests and supporting tools using Python Contribute to and improve CI/CD workflows Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality software delivery. Participate in an Agile software development process. Must have Professional experience in embedded software development Extensive hands-on experience with C/C++ for embedded systems Knowledge of Android architecture and Android toolchain Strong independent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with softwar
