David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading that is seeking to onboard a Data Analyst to join their team. Position: Data Analyst Location: Bangkok, Thailand Work model: Hybrid Employment type: full time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze business data across deposits, withdrawals, trading volumes, customer behaviour, IB/partner structures, promotions, bonuses, and other key commercial areas Identify anomalies, unusual trends, data discrepancies, and potential business risks and investigate their root causes Reconcile data across CRM, trading platforms, internal ledgers, and other systems to ensure accuracy and consistency Build, maintain, and automate recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and business teams Translate complex datasets into clear findings, insights, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Investigate business questions using data, including customer behaviour, churn, promotion performance, and the impact of operational or policy changes Proactively identify growth opportunities and areas for business improvement through data analysis Work closely with IT and AI teams to identify additional data requirements, queries, and datasets Document data sources, methodologies, assumptions, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility Continuously improve analytical processes and reduce reliance on manual reporting.
