We are seeking an experienced technical and operational leader to join as Senior Vice President (C14) – AI, Cloud & DevOps Platform Operations Lead. In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Support teams responsible for the availability, scalability, resilience, and performance of our enterprise AI platforms, public/hybrid cloud estates (AWS, GCP), Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes ecosystems, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines. As a C14 leader, you will provide strategic oversight and technical direction across multi-disciplinary teams, drive operational excellence, set platform resilience standards, and partner directly with Senior Engineering Directors, Enterprise Architects, and Business Executives to evolve Citi’s core developer and AI enablement platforms.
