We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Business Analyst to join our Know Your Customer (KYC) Technology team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our Compliance, Business, and Technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and mutual understanding. You will be instrumental in translating complex regulatory and business needs into precise technical requirements for our enterprise-wide KYC application, directly contributing to the strength and integrity of our global financial crime prevention framework Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation and Definition: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, system owners, and end-users, to elicit, document, and translate complex compliance and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for our enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) application. System and Process Analysis: Conduct thorough systems analysis, defining clear project scopes, outcome-based criteria, and success metrics to guide development and implementation efforts. You will perform in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify operational gaps and propose and specify necessary process changes, data source integrations, and system interfaces to enhance our KYC capabilities.
