Job Description CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an ML Technical Lead to lead across multiple multidisciplinary teams working on practical ML applications for game development. The role focuses on helping teams improve Unreal Engine workflows, production pipelines, and developer productivity for CD PROJEKT RED’s development cycles. This role is ideal for a GameDev technology leader who enjoys developing people, shaping technical direction, and connecting emerging ML capabilities with real value for game creators. The teams operate with dedicated production support and strong technical ownership. Producers are responsible for production coordination, discovery, planning, delivery tracking, dependencies, and day-to-day organizational flow. Engineers and researchers are expected to own key technical decisions within their areas. This role provides technical leadership at the level of direction, standards, alignment, coaching, trade-offs, and cross-team impact - not micromanagement or day-to-day production management.
