Role description Elicit, structure, and document requirements for platform and infrastructure changes , including purpose, stakeholders, and success criteria. Break initiatives into well-defined, sequenced work items for engineers to execute without ambiguity. Coordinate delivery across teams and dependencies : track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely completion. Own and improve team documentation , including runbooks, process documents, architecture summaries, and onboarding materials.
