Description

PROJECT Join a global engineering environment focused on building and automating reliable on-prem infrastructure and platform services . You will work on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Linux environments, and OS/DB automation, helping standardise infrastructure delivery and reduce manual operational work. The role combines infrastructure engineering, automation, production support, and reliability , with a strong focus on security and enterprise-grade engineering practices. YOU WILL Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for on-prem infrastructure, including compute, storage, network, OS, and database components. Develop reusable automation modules and templates using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. Automate OS and database provisioning, configuration, patching, hardening, and compliance activities Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform automation Implement pipeline controls including approvals, audit trails, secrets management, and change traceability. Work with OS/DB Patching and Platform Engineering teams to automate infrastructure operations and reduce manual work. Create infrastructure monitoring, alerts, and dashboards focused on availability, performance, capacity, and deployment success. Participate in incident management and on-call/rota support Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement automated fixes to prevent recurring incidents Contribute to code reviews, documentation, runbooks, operating procedures, and
