Agile Coach (SAFe) – Enterprise Agile Transformation Location: Lisbon - Portugal (Hybrid / International Travel Required) Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 CET Start Date: TBC Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach (SAFe) to lead and support a large-scale enterprise agile transformation across multiple business units and geographies. This role is critical in driving the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) , ensuring strong alignment between business and IT , and enabling synchronized delivery, improved portfolio visibility, and a sustainable agile culture. Main Responsibilities SAFe Implementation & Transformation Design and execute the SAFe implementation roadmap across the organization. Lead the launch of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) . Facilitate PI Planning , Inspect & Adapt, and other key SAFe ceremonies. Support the adoption of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices. Business Engagement & Alignment Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to drive transformation. Align business objectives with agile delivery frameworks . Break down silos between business and IT teams. Coaching & Enablement Coach stakeholders at all levels ( executives, management, delivery teams ). Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies. Build and sustain communities of practice . Governance, Tools & Metrics Support the implementation and usage of Triskell (PPM tool) for portfolio visibility and capacity planning.
