We are currently expanding our project team and looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager – Head of Professional Services to lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure and transformation projects in an international enterprise environment. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of project delivery and the Professional Services function , combining multi-project management, capacity and budget planning, technical project coordination and team leadership . You will oversee several parallel initiatives, coordinate workstreams across areas such as network, data center and workplace infrastructure , and ensure effective resource allocation, service quality and delivery across the Professional Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects and services are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, capacity, quality and budget , while continuously improving operational efficiency, team performance and customer satisfaction.
