Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our expanding Cybersecurity team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles. This role will be pivotal in optimizing the team's effectiveness and managing critical cybersecurity projects within an international and complex IT environment. Key abilities to excel in this position include proactive communication, stakeholder coordination, and a hands-on approach to project execution. Main Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing the project end-to-end and ensuring its successful progress. Structuring the different stages of the project over the long term. Organizing and leading project governance. Setting up and managing the project's governance and meeting structure. Coordinating the various teams and stakeholders. Ensuring that ideas, issues, and requirements are properly raised and communicated. Identifying blockers and ensuring they are followed up. Following up with and mobilizing stakeholders whenever necessary. Facilitating communication between technical, business, and cybersecurity teams. Supporting the deployment of the project in an international environment. Being proactive and contributing to the continuous improvement of ways of working.
