General info: Model of work: Hybrid - 3 x week Gdansk office Type of contract: B2B, long-term cooperations Rate: up to 140 PLN nett + vat/ hour Summary: The DORA IT Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) in financial entities. This role aims to enhance operational resilience within the organization through effective project management and regulatory adherence. Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various seniorities. Conduct regulatory gap assessments to evaluate adherence to DORA requirements. Implement business continuity and crisis management concepts to ensure IT service continuity. Provide subject matter expertise on DORA regulations and standards. Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with operational resilience requirements in the banking sector. Key Requirements 5-10 years of experience in Risk Management and IT Compliance. Expertise in DORA regulations. Senior IT skills applicable to financial services. Experience working in a financial entity or banking sector. Nice to Have Experience in operational resilience initiatives. Strong capability in leading cross-functional projects. Familiarity with crisis management frameworks.
