Migrate core infrastructure to Windows Server 2025. Manage database migrations and evaluate cloud database services like Azure MSSQL. Optimize database logging and log archiving strategies. Enforce Tier 0 security concepts by reducing service and agent permissions. Assess and implement Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSA). Consolidate administrative templates, delegations, and duplicate rules. Audit and refine PowerShell automation scripts across Organizational Units. Clean up unused GPOs, historical records, and redundant backups. Oversee security delegations, GPO backup/recovery, and log collection on Domai
