Your Role As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist / Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture based on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform — in telecommunications environments characterised by very high data volumes, complex integrations, and strict compliance requirements. Depending on your experience, you may join at Specialist level (implementation & configuration) or Architect level (strategic design & technical leadership). What you’ll be doing: Design semantic data models and profile unification strategies for Telco clients Create migration blueprints for transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce Data Cloud Develop cross-cloud integration architecture (CDP, CRM, BSS/OSS) Build enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with GDPR requirements Design identity resolution and customer data privacy models Define data quality policies and data lifecycle management standards Configure and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud in Telco project environments Optimise queries, partitioning, and data performance at operator sc
