Remote (EU-based) B2B Contract | 10–12 months We are seeking a hands-on IDM Developer / Analyst with a strong technical background to develop and evolve the One Identity platform for our client in the financial services sector. This role requires significant real-world delivery experience and the ability to work independently in a technical capacity, rather than just coordinating support functions. Main Responsibilities Actively design, develop, and enhance the One Identity (IDM) platform. Take ownership of technical changes across the full delivery lifecycle. Resolve complex production issues and provide Level 3 support when required. Drive small to mid-sized enhancements from analysis through deployment. Participate in system upgrades and platform evolution initiatives. Translate business and access management requirements into technical solutions. Ensure code quality, platform stability, and adherence to development standards. Perform testing activities including unit, integration, and regression testing. Support release activities and deployments across UAT and Production. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and security teams. Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to Level 2 support teams. Key Requirements 5–6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IDM). Strong hands-on experience with One Identity (practical development experience required).
