The Role You will turn how a business actually runs into a scalable, automated system, owning the client relationship from the first discovery call to final delivery. If you have ever been the person at your company who "figured out the tools" and ended up running the whole operational process, this role was built for you. You own the client, the delivery plan, and the system build (primarily using modern relational/no-code platforms like Airtable, and integration tools like Make/Zapier). A dedicated internal Engineer handles custom code—your focus is architecture, configuration, project governance, and client success.
