Senior T24 Architect Location: Warsaw or Tricity (Gdynia/Gdańsk) Work Model: Hybrid (50% Remote) Rate: Up to 170 PLN/h Engagement: Full-time (40 hours/week) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior T24 Architect to shape the evolution of a large and complex Core Banking environment for our client, a major player in the banking sector. In this role, you will define and guide the architecture of the Temenos T24 landscape, ensuring that business capabilities, technology platforms, and long-term strategic goals stay perfectly aligned. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and external partners across multiple markets, providing architectural leadership over several key initiatives and delivery streams. Your ultimate goal is to protect the stability and resilience of business-critical banking services while enabling platform modernization and simplification. Key Responsibilities Shape and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 and surrounding Core Banking capabilities, defining target-state architecture, principles, and standards in line with business and technology strategy. Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across complex initiatives, ensuring the consistency, scalability, and sustainability of the Core Banking landscape.
