Description

We are looking for a skilled Windows Systems Engineer . Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and enhance enterprise server operating systems and core platform services. Monitor OS health, performance, capacity, and security baseline metrics, taking proactive remediation actions. Install, configure, patch, and harden server environments in line with corporate compliance and security policies. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) for complex OS and infrastructure-related incidents. Oversee backup, disaster recovery, patching schedules, and ensure complete, up-to-date technical documentation. Provide hands-on technical expertise for server migrations, system upgrades, and strategic infrastructure projects. Drive operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks (scripting) and modernizing deployment pipelines. Collaborate with key technology vendors and service providers on technical escalations and lifecycle management. Skills Required: Solid, hands-on experience in enterprise Windows Server administration, OS hardening, patch management, and lifecycle support. Certification / deep practical knowledge aligned with AZ-800 (Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure) and/or AZ-801 (Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Services). Strong understanding of server virtualization, infrastructure dependencies, backup & recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) concepts.
