Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust software and AI-powered solutions that address business requirements and improve operational efficiency across the organisation Evaluate technical and operational feasibility by analysing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solution approaches in collaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects Architect and build scalable, maintainable systems by applying sound software design patterns and adhering to established development standards and coding best practices Test and deploy software systems by preparing detailed specifications, deployment plans, and executing releases that meet reliability and performance expectations Drive agile development practices across the team
