We are looking for an experienced business analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in Insurance industry
Requirements
3+ years’ experience as an analyst Experience in Insurance domain Hands‑on experience with modern AI‑assisted tools, acquired through direct practical use Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project Experience in designing interfaces Experience in gathering and documentation requirements Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions Usage of UML, BPMN Understanding UX competencies Excellent command of spoken and written English It would be a plus to have: Agile Methodology certification Insurance certifications Business analysis certification We offer: Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas and Toyota Competitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skills Career development system with clear skill qualifications Flexible working hours aligned to your schedule Options to work remotely
