Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP Master Data Consultant to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP IS Retail master data solutions. In this role, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, integrated solutions across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages Identify necessary localization or enhancements, supported by clear business cases Create functional requirements to guide application design and development Propose solutions, configure the system, and write detailed WRICEF functional specifications Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and quality standards Conduct unit and functional testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) Deliver best-in-class, scalable, sustainable, and integrated business solutions across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models Contribute to change management efforts by providing training content and supporting organizational transformation Provide 3rd level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope Collaborate with peers across applications and modules to ensure seamless integration Build and maintain e
