External OneStream Functional Support Consultant Summary: We are looking for a OneStream Functional Support Consultant to provide operational and functional support to the finance department, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues. Responsibilities OneStream Functional Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Finance users. Data Uploads: Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc uploads into OneStream. Currency Adjustments: Manage and troubleshoot currency changes. Issue Resolution: Handle functional issues that cannot be resolved internally. User Guidance: Assist users with navigation, workflows, and best-practice usage. Validation & Controls: Ensure data accuracy and compliance. Documentation: Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements. Collaboration: Work with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions. Must Haves: 3+ years of functional OneStream experience . Strong understanding of finance processes , consolidation, reporting, and data structures. Experience supporting global finance teams . Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently. Strong communication skills in English. Experience working remotely with international stakeholders. India-based consultant preferred. Nice to Haves: Experience in similar roles within finance companies. Familiarity with ERP systems and their financial modules. Certifications in finance or accounting.
