Salary: 900-1050 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer? The program aims to modernize the banking landscape by replacing multiple legacy local systems with a single Nordic core banking platform. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into well-defined features and user stories, and ensuring a seamless handover to development teams. You will independently drive the entire requirements lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation through documentation, refinement, and delivery.
