Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer (with CTA or ArchX certification preferred) to design, build, and optimize enterprise workflow solutions across our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, platform architects, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable platform capabilities. You will lead key technical initiatives, maintain architectural alignment, and drive best practices in custom app development, integrations, and automated workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or custom Scoped Applications). Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs. Collaborate with Certified Technical Architects (CTAs) and Enterprise Architects to ensure platform solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) principles. Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog items. Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, system upgrades, and platform performance optimization. Drive automated testing (ATF) and CI/CD deployment workflows to maintain application stability.
