We offer: 100% remote work Salary: 165zł net/h - 220zł net/h/B2B Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders. Analyse and document business and functional requirements. Design high-level architecture and solution concepts for digital asset custody platforms. Prepare architectural documentation, recommendations and solution analyses. Provide expert guidance on custody operating models, digital assets and blockchain technologies. Collaborate with business, architecture and technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions. Support decision-making on processes, platform architecture and target operating models. We are looking for: Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Subject Matter Expert within banking or financial services. Hands-on knowledge of digital assets, blockchain/DLT technologies and custody platforms, ideally within the Metaco / Ripple Custody ecosystem.
