Now we’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team on a project for one of our international clients (InsurTech) We need a hands-on developer who can own delivery, improve code quality and work closely with architecture, QA, DB, DevOps, and product stakeholders. What exactly will you be doing? NET Core on the backend. Designing and implementing end-to-end features, from UI components to database models and cloud services. NET, C#, and Azure-based applications. Reviewing and improving code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability across the full stack. Working on application performance optimizations, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, API design, memory allocation, and frontend rendering. Supporting the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or microservices. Partnering with UX/UI designers and QA teams on testability, defect triage, and release readiness. Collaborating with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce rework
