Job Summary Develop and maintain software applications and infrastructure, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting to support integrated building and facility management solutions. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and services to meet business needs Take full ownership of assigned applications and their infrastructure from development through deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enable efficient software delivery Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers to ensure system reliability Investigate and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime Automate repetitive deployment and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors Maintain clear technical documentation and actively contribute to technical and system design discussions Independently troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues to support continuous system operation Apply knowledge of application and infrastructure security practices to safeguard systems Preferred competencies and
