About the Role: Are you ready to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial growth and operational excellence? We are seeking a Senior Regional Data and AI Engineer to proactively design, develop, and maintain a robust data foundation across the APAC region. In this highly impactful role, you will independently build data pipelines, develop data models, and deploy AI algorithms to optimize commercial performance and efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional and corporate teams, you will harness diverse data sources—including sales, marketing, supply chain, customer, and omnichannel data—to define the future of our customer experience and overall business success. Key Responsibilities Lead data engineering initiatives using agile frameworks, effectively managing backlogs and adapting to evolving commercial demands. Design, develop, and scale end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from ERP, CRM, supply chain systems, e-commerce APIs, and omnichannel platforms into centralized cloud and on-premise systems. Take full ownership of data solutions, proactively monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline failures to ensure data reliability and uptime. Create and manage regional master data (products, customers, suppliers, inventory) to ensure consistency, including direct assistance to market teams (e.g., China) for master data migration initiatives.
