Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager – Agentic Managed Services to lead the strategy, development, roadmap and commercialization of AI-enabled managed services offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business and operational challenges into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable client value and drive operational transformation. This role requires a strong combination of AI product management, managed services expertise, business strategy and senior stakeholder management . Key Responsibilities Define and own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for AI-enabled and agentic managed services offerings. Identify client business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-driven products, solutions and service offerings . Develop comprehensive business cases, strategic roadmaps and value realization frameworks to support product investment and commercialization decisions. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution conceptualization through development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement. Collaborate with AI, technology, engineering, operations, sales and delivery teams to develop commercially viable managed services solutions. Drive the integration of AI and agentic capabilities into enterprise managed services environments.
