You will close loans once cleared from underwriting and finalize loan packages. You will review original closing documents for proper execution, follow up to obtain corrections, send loan packages to title agents, prepare wires and disburse funds, manage a large loan queue, ensure regulatory compliance, work with Capital Markets and investors, attend pipeline meetings, and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
