About Arena Club Arena Club is building the number one digital marketplace for collectibles. We started by reinventing the hobby with the first-ever digital card show, and we are expanding into new categories so collectors can buy, sell, grade, and showcase everything they care about in one place. Spearheaded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, our fully digital marketplace is grounded in trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading and authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings that let collectors build and display their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Director of Information Technology. As our first dedicated IT hire, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling a global function. You’ll also own business applications, identity, devices, SaaS, and IT controls. Own identity and access end to end: SSO and SAML, SCIM provisioning, group and role design, MFA, privileged access, and a joiner-mover-leaver process that actually runs on time Own device management across macOS and Windows: MDM baselines, encryption, patching, remote wipe, procurement, and the offboarding returns that most companies quietly fail at Own the SaaS estate: application inventory, admin and role hygiene, seat reconciliation agains
