Overview Are you ready to shape how IT partners with the business by strengthening stakeholder relationships? As the Senior Manager, IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) , you'll be responsible for establishing, leading, and maturing Shure’s overall IT BRM practice, strengthening alignment between IT and business stakeholders. You'll provide functional direction to BRMs across the IT organization and drives consistent relationship management, business engagement, roadmap development, demand and portfolio alignment, and value communication. By partnering closely with business and IT leaders, you'll clarify priorities and business needs, improve planning and business case discipline, align demand with capacity, and establish metrics that demonstrate stakeholder satisfaction and the value of IT investments. You'll also lead the training and change management needed to embed the operating model, governance practices, processes, and ways of working across the organization. This role is hybrid and will be based out of our Niles, IL corporate HQ. Responsibilities Develops, implements, matures and maintains the IT Business Partnership operating model over time, including role definitions, processes, templates, stakeholder engagement practices, success measures, continuous improvement routines, and governance practices.
