Since the organization is new, you will have a chance to help shape the vision, execute the strategy and wear many hats. The team has three primary functions, 1) working with the lines of business on digital asset strategy, 2) building connections to the external ecosystem of startups and established companies in the crypto ecosystem, and 3) executing on new products via internal builds, partnerships and acquisitions to support the strategy. As an Executive Director on the Chase Digital Assets team, you will own wallet infrastructure end-to-end and serve as the senior accountable leader for building and operating a secure, resilient wallet platform. You will set the vision, drive the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Information Security, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal. You bring deep domain expertise in wallet and signing controls, production operations, and institutional-grade risk management.
