Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Senior Web Developer to join our ever-evolving TRANSAXpay Payments team and help shape the future of global commerce. Whilst web development skills are crucial, a background payments and fintech would be extremely beneficial. What you’ll own You’ll be developing our web-based applications from consumer-facing payment pages to merchant-facing APIs and internal support tools. Taking the time to really understand their needs, you’ll support our clients as they integrate their systems to the services offered by Global Payments. What you’ll bring The ability to communicate with clarity and influence, building credibility with clients and stakeholders. A ‘think like a client’ mindset - understanding what matters most, and confidently leading consultative, value-driven conversations. Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively. A proactive, accountable approach - taking ownership, acting early, and delivering great client outcomes. A genuine interest in Global Payments’ products and the wider payments industry, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. Skills in the following areas are considered essential: Java HTML CSS JavaScript REST APIs Spring Boot JBoss J2EE, JSP, Servlets, etc. Gradle or Maven Databases (Oracle) DDL and SQL Basic Networking Git & GitHub Linux (bash, ksh, ssh, etc.) Experience
