ABOUT THE ROLE As a Scrum Master, you will play a central role in ensuring that the team operates efficiently, continuously improves, and delivers high-value digital identity solutions. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach the team in agile practices, and help maintain a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration. Your work will be essential to ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery, supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards of reliability, usability, and security across our services. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. · Support the team in achieving sprint goals by removing blockers and streamlining workflows. ·
