Job Type: Regular Plains is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil. We own an extensive network of pipeline transportation, terminalling, storage and gathering assets in key oil producing basins and transportation corridors and at major market hubs in the United States and Canada. Role Purpose/Summary: The Maximo Business System Owner is the principle point of stakeholder coordination and end-user system management for the PAA instance of the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. They play a critical collaboration, planning, and work execution role between the Operations, Commercial (Trucking), and IS teams to ensure that operational business requirements are properly captured, related system functions are enabled, and system configurations changes made by IS are adopted effectively by the respective business teams. Their portfolio of oversight and execution of work within Maximo spans three core areas of End-user Management, Data Management, and System Configuration Change Management. This is an office-based role but requires a detailed understanding of field operations, maintenance, and safety work practices, as well as detailed technical knowledge of Maximo and related technology elements
