We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Java Engineer to not only contribute to our codebase but also to drive technical direction, mentor our team, and own the delivery of robust, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities As a Lead Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical decision-making and delivery process. Architect & Build: Design, develop, and own end-to-end software solutions using Java and the Spring ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating services that are not only functional but also resilient, performant, and scalable. Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical leader within the team. Guide architectural discussions, lead sub-teams on complex projects
