Описание

Responsibilities Support external partners and stakeholders throughout the system integration lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations and resolve technical or functional challenges. Manage and coordinate minor change requests related to system configurations and integrations. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders. Coordinate and support production deployments, ensuring proper preparation and smooth execution. Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements. Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution demonstrations.
