We are seeking a highly motivated Techno-Functional Specialist with experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional finance expertise and technical skills to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of EPM solutions, primarily focusing on Infor EPM . The role involves working closely with customers to understand business requirements, design solutions, deliver implementations, conduct user training, and provide post-go-live support. Participate in the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Infor EPM solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements related to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and consolidations. Design and configure EPM solutions to meet customer business needs and industry best practices. Develop and enhance customizations, business rules, and automation scripts using Groovy, Python, or Jython. Create solution designs, functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides. Support integrations between EPM and ERP/source systems. Conduct CRPs, UAT sessions, end-user training, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective solutions within defined service levels.
