Описание

Job Responsibilities Develop and refine product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities to support business objectives and operational requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, gather user needs, and recommend suitable digital solutions. Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide system development. Evaluate and organise product backlogs, service requests, and enhancement initiatives according to business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility. Drive end-to-end product implementation activities, ensuring project deliverables meet established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business expectations. Facilitate collaboration among business users, IT teams, and external vendors to address technical challenges, project dependencies, and delivery risks. Supervise post-implementation system operations, investigate recurring incidents, and coordinate corrective measures to improve system stability and performance. Administer vendor engagements and contractual activities, including proposal evaluations, service-level monitoring, procurement requirements, and contract renewals. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), solution verification, and implementation readiness activities to ensure delivered solutions satisfy functional and operational requirements.
