Job Description Antares’ Americas Institutional Business Development team is a critical part of the firm, responsible for driving assets under management (AUM) growth through fundraising and the firm’s relationships with institutional investors. The Analyst’s primary role is to support senior professionals across the team’s fundraising initiatives, helping to drive AUM growth by supporting business-building activities such as CRM management, meeting preparation and follow-up, and collaboration with partner groups to advance investor due diligence requests. Responsibilities Participate in the preparation of capital raising initiatives, such as submitting prospective investor due diligence requests, coordinating road shows, and preparing meeting briefs. Monitor planned deployment activity across the institutional investor community and provide updates for weekly team meetings. Regularly update and monitor the CRM to ensure data accuracy. Participate in virtual pension fund investment committee meetings and review/upload relevant minutes and materials to internal databases. Collaborate with Product, IR, and Marketing professionals to support strategic initiatives. Coordinate with partner groups across the organization to obtain and synthesize information from the investment teams, performance, legal, tax, operations, finance, and accounting teams to prepare materials and onboard investment vehicles.
