You'll join the Customer Success and Engineering organization as our first Senior Technical Success Manager hire in Australia or Japan, reporting to our Director of Customer Success. Our Technical Success Managers in the US and Europe own the post-sale relationship for our most strategic accounts. In APAC, you'll do that and more: you'll be the technical face of Qdrant in the region, working with Account Executives, Support, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Solutions Architects who sit several time zones away. Most of your time goes to helping customers who already run Qdrant in production succeed and grow.
